Basic Superior Court Case Information
Your first appearance in court is called arraignment. At this hearing you will be formally advised of the charges against you and of all your constitutional rights. The formal complaint that states the charges filed against you will be provided.

Depending on which court your case will be heard in different procedures may apply so please make sure that you consult with an attorney beforehand.
The following rules are strictly enforced:
Shirt and shoes are required in the courtroom.
Tank tops and T-shirts are NOT allowed in the courtroom.
Food, drinks, and gum chewing are NOT allowed in the courtroom.
Weapons are NOT allowed in the courthouse.
Pagers and cell phones must be turned off.
