Third DUI in San Diego

If convicted of a third DUI offense within 10 years of your previous convictions, you face the following penalties:

License revocation;
Probation for 5 years;
Fines of up to $2000; and
4 months to 1 year county jail.
In addition, the court could order that you participate, for at least 30 months, in a San Diego driving-under-the-influence program licensed pursuant to Section 11836 of the Health and Safety Code.
